This compact living area remodel started with the fireplace, which was completely streamlined with tan and chocolate travertine tiles and given a Sparkfire insert with glass pebbles. Floors are mahogany planks, with custom area rugs in both dining and living areas for accent and comfort. Wood shutters control the intense afternoon sun on this side of the room. The color palate is gold, cream, and chocolate with green accents.
This dining room had a mirrored wall at one end, which we kept for its' fool the eye effect. The new mahogany floor was covered with a custom-designed area rug. The dining table has extension leaves at each end and a contemporary pedestal base that allows for maximum seating. Chairs are covered in cream and taupe ultrasuede fabric that wipes up easily from wine spills. The chocolate accent wall extends into the living area.

This small loft space was a jumble of storage units. So this room was streamlined with a new sectional with a built in hide-a-bed, two rolling ottomans that open up for storage, and some large comfy pillows for extra seating. The media cabinet is a wall-mounted L-shaped unit that holds all the essentials, and creates the perfect space for a wall-mounted plasma tv. A strong paprika accent wall puts the focus on the media.
The master bedroom in this condo came with the owner's art collection. So dark wood furniture, along with a chocolate ultra suede custom headboard lend comfort to the space. The bedding is all custom made. Switches were installed for convenience bedside. The fireplace was clad in chocolate marble. Shutters keep the room dark in the early morning light.
This tiny powder room was remodeled with light and dark marble tiles, an espresso vanity, tiled-in mirror, and a prime spot for the owner's art.
This kitchen was designed for a married couple who are gourmet cooks and wine enthusiasts. All of the appliances are Viking. There is a tall pantry cabinet and corner desk area at the far end. To the left of the cooktop, the wall was opened up to a serving counter with stools on the other side and a view to the living room. Gold granite tops mahogany cabinetry. The floor tile is porcelain, a weave of 12 x 24 tiles with a 6x6-inch tile accent. Both the floor and backsplash tiles are by Crossville
This condo galley kitchen was empty at one end except for an old baker's rack and a small wood island. We remodeled the kitchen, raised the ceiling and opened up the doorways. The once useless end of the kitchen became an office area and a wall of pantry storage. There are open shelves for cookbooks and plenty of hook-ups for electronics. The porcelain tile floor is 12 x 24 tiles laid in with 6x6" tiles for a lattice look.
